We want you to realise just how amazing your body can feel. Our aim is to get you moving in a way, you love, not just out of guilt.
So, here’s a snapshot of all the types of classes that we offer at Move:
Mat (advanced and beginner)
Mat work is for everyone and a great starting point for those new to Pilates. A mix of upper, mid and lower body exercises which are customised to you. Low impact with exceptional results for strength, flexibility, stability and functional movement.
Reformer Pilates is performed on a reformer bed which has a spring and pulley system. Classes are small (up to 5 people) and appropriate for everyone, including pre-natal. Low impact with maximum results for endurance, strength and increasing muscle length.
Beginners Vinyasa Meets Yin Yoga
Unwind and stretch! These sessions perfect for beginners or those in need of a gentle and relaxing class. The sequences combine strength and stretching to increase mobility and muscle length, while decreasing stress levels. Each session finishes with a 5-minute relaxation.
Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, core strengthening, balance, control and strength. Our resident Physiotherapist, Jayne uses her wealth of knowledge to get you moving with your very own customised program. Each class is capped at 5 people.
