Whether you are regularly exercising, returning from an extended break or are injured we can help to get you moving.

More commonly than not, injuries actually require movement of the body to heal and strengthen.

Meaning, (generally speaking)- that movement is good for you.

Our classes are small, expert lead and individualised

We will spend the time getting to know you, your goals, injuries and past experience’s so we can support you to achieve a strong and pain-free body.

Reformer Pilates provides a wide range of health benefits that assists women (and babies) during their pregnancy, and into motherhood.

Our classes are perfect for the pre and post natal body. Allowing you to build strength, ease growing pain and create a positive mindset.

Classes will assist with your strength, breath, body awareness and posture. All important factors during the pre natal, birthing and recovery phase.

Our instructors will support you during every session, to ensure you enjoy your time out with us whilst feeling reassured and empowered.

Everybody is different – and so is our approach

Smaller Classes  

We are small group exercise specialists. Keeping our classes small means we  can prioritise spending 1-1 time with you, every session.
This is vital to help those that need extra support but continues to push those that need it to prevent a plateau.

Full body workout

Each class will focus on strengthening and stretching your entire body. On the reformer you will perform a range of functional movement’s to assist with your daily life. Along with working the big muscle groups, we will focus on the smaller, stabilising muscles that support your bones.

Inclusive  

Our sessions help members develop their strength and achieve their health goals regardless of their age or past injuries.
Whether you are regularly exercising, coming back from an extended break, nursing an injury or are pregnant we can help get you moving in a way you love.

Ongoing support

When you become a studio member you will have access to complimentary consults with an expert trainer every 30 days, for your entire membership. We want to know about you, your goals and any barriers in your way so we can best support you to achieve the results you desire.
