  • You’ll find us in a large, grey building at 39 Lookout Drive in Murray Bridge. See us waving?

  • It’s all about feeling comfy and moving freely.

    Tights or leggings are great, and a layered top (singlet then long-sleeve), so you can add or remove layers as you warm up and cool down.

    Wear grippy socks (you can purchase some at our studio for $18 too).

  • Absolutely!

    Pilates is an excellent way to encourage healing and strengthening for injuries, and we can offer different options to cater for what you need during class. We can also work with your healthcare professional to ensure you’re confident when moving with us as part of your healing.

    Most importantly, let your teacher know at the beginning of class, or have a chat to us beforehand so we can make sure you’re comfortable and supported.

  • You are welcome to join! We’ve supported many women throughout their entire pregnancy here at Move. We can modify exercises in any class to suit you, no matter what stage you are in your pregnancy.

    In fact (true story!), Alex did a class at 39 weeks pregnant and 12 hours later Tom was born!

  • If you’re new to a class we’ll let you in on a secret - you can take it as far as you like! Our teachers will always give layers for more challenging exercises.

    Listen to your body and slow it down whenever you need. If it feels like enough of a challenge during one move then stay there for a moment, or keep going with your teacher to try another level.

  • We know jumping into an exercise program can feel daunting! Our support doesn’t stop when the class is over - we’ll always check in and see how you’re doing.

    Motivation can be a tricky thing, but we know you deserve to feel good and keep moving - we’ve got your back!

  • The easiest way to book your classes is via our Move Pilates Studio app. To download this simply:

  • We understand that life is busy, and you can’t always make the class that you’ve booked. Use the Momence app to reschedule your class bookings when you need to.

    We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

    If you rebook with more than 12 hours before your scheduled class start time, you can book for another time.

    Classes cancelled with 12 hours or less notice will be charged as though you attended.
