The Wellness Strategy
Kicking off Monday, April 29th
The Wellness Strategy is an 8-Week reformer pilates program, with personal 1:1 goal setting, weekly 1:1 support, and encouragement to get you to your personal place of wellness.
Strength, health, wellness…they all mean different things to different people, and that’s cool! It’s what makes you the unique person that you are. We’re here to help you embrace what it means to you.
This is the space, just for you,
to reset and feel good in your body.
More than Pilates
Of course this is about bringing Reformer Pilates into your life (it’s great!) - but it’s more than an exercise program. This is about taking time to step into what you need to get your wellness on track.
Get energy, work out what you need for consistency, and we’ll guide you towards making it sustainable and easy.

PHASE 1
Your unique goals
Kick-off with a private 1:1 goal-setting session, focusing on what you need to feel good. What you want to achieve. We’re here to chat things through and make this actionable and achievable
PHASE 2
Getting active and moving your body
2 Reformer Pilates classes per week, for 8 weeks. Bend, stretch, roll… feel good!
PHASE 3
We’ve got your back
Weekly check-ins to support you, encourage you…whatever you need we’re here. Whether it’s to cheer you on or *lovingly* kick your butt to help you out, you’re part of the Move community and we’re here for you.
PHASE 4
Make it sustainable
We’ll send you an exclusive weekly email to help you build your sustainable Wellness Strategy. Check out the topics below to see what we’ll be covering - everything from movement to mindset!
PHASE 5
Accountability
We all know we need it! This is a surefire way to help you meet your goals, so that’s what we're gonna do! You’ll have access to a Habit Tracker to kick and tick off your habits. Each week you check off your goal you go in the weekly draw to win awesome prizes.

Absolutely!
Pilates is an excellent way to encourage healing and strengthening for injuries, and we can offer different options to cater for what you need during class. We can also work with your healthcare professional to ensure you’re confident when moving with us as part of your healing.

We’d love for you to join us! We’ve supported many women throughout their entire pregnancy here at Move. We can modify exercises in any class to suit you, no matter what stage you are in your pregnancy.
In fact (true story!), Alex did a class at 39 weeks pregnant and 12 hours later Tom was born!

We understand that life is busy, and you can’t always make the class that you’ve booked. Use the Momence app to reschedule your class bookings when you need to.

If you rebook with more than 12 hours before your scheduled class start time, you can book for another time.
Classes cancelled with 12 hours or less notice will be charged as though you attended.

Life happens! Any classes you miss we’ll automatically roll over by an additional 30 days for you to use after the program - we’re in it for the long haul and want you to be too.
