[Note: In my last post I left you with a cliff hanger. I resolved that cliffhanger yesterday on my private email list. I had originally thought that we were ready to re-open earlier this month. But we weren’t. Good things, however, are on the way…]

My business outlook changed forever the day I learned what I’m about to share with you…

In fact, what I’m about to show you has resulted in the biggest life changes I’ve ever seen.

One of our members, beautiful mother of 3, started coming to our Studio when it first opened in 2018. She attended at least 3 classes per week.

The trigger to come to us was a back injury. She mentioned she was also depressed, ran a lot and went to the gym. Laura, who she calls her ‘life saver’ recommended her to start Reformer Pilates as a part of a healthy lifestyle and she’s never looked back.

Prior to starting she was concerned about the extra investment compared to the gym, but once she got started – she realised the gym was boring in comparison and wasn’t for her.

She liked that it’s a small boutique studio as opposed to a large busy gym where you fight for space and throw weights around rapidly.

“Everyone is so friendly and you can be yourself. It’s a full body workout.”

Over time Cathy has noticed that she is a lot stronger, more balanced, better toned and had more flexibility.

And best of all she is happier.

We have hundreds of members who have changed their lives with us similar to Cathy…

Now…

When I became a Pilates Instructor, I thought I was helping ladies get pain free, increase strength and flexibility, and lose weight.

All of those things are true, and are important.

But it’s not just about those things, is it?

If it’s not just about those things, what is it about?

The thing is, over the years, I’ve got to know that many of our members have put other people first for much of their adult life. For a long time.

And I believe that those people, who have prioritised others, ahead of themselves, deserve to be supported and guided. To be able to become the very best version of themselves possible, physically and mentally. To be able to do the things physically they want to do.

In short, to live your best life in a body that you love. A body that serves you the way you would hope it would be able to serve you. And being able to put yourself first to be able to get that.

Isn’t that what it is really about… having a body and life that you love?

And the reason I’m so excited to continue serving the Murray Bridge community? The benefits of having a second home/happy place is life-changing, and I want you to have a body and life YOU love – even during uncertain times.

Stay tuned

Alex
