What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is performed on a reformer bed {slightly elevated off the ground} which has a spring and pulley which you push and pull against. The bed allows you to feel supported and comfortable as you strengthen and stretch your body. The spring-loaded system is ideal for people with compromised joints as its low impact and allows us to individualise exercises based on different needs.
