When you join us for a class you will have access to our state of the art Allegro 2 reformers. Together these machines and our class structure will strengthen and stretch your body at the same time. Equip with a spring-loaded carriage and pulley system the reformer transforms your workout into a low impact, joint-friendly resistance based workout.
Looking at this machine for the first time can be daunting, but trust us this machine is incredibly easy to use and provides support for our newer clients. As time (and your strength) progresses, we can utilise the resistance in different ways to challenge you ensuring you continue to see results. The versatility of this machine, paired with our small class sizes means if there is an exercise or position that is uncomfortable for you we can work with you to find an alternative.
Our reformers are upholstered and elevated from the floor making them comfortable and accessible if you are currently nursing an injury, are pregnant or find getting up and down from the floor uncomfortable.
We will take the time to understand your strengths, weaknesses and stage in life, so we tailor your time in the studio to your goals.
No – More commonly than not, injuries actually require (considered and tailored) movement of the body to heal and strengthen. We offer individualised service spending time getting to know you, your goals and injuries so we can best support you. Initially, we may have to modify some of your movements, but with time as your strength and confidence grow your injury will become a thing of the past.
Of course- our beginner classes are a great place to start regardless of your age, injuries or previous experience. Beginner classes focus on 45 minutes of enjoyable movement centred around strength, flexibility, control and achievable challenge.
Don’t be- we have an incredibly supportive community who love to meet new faces. Our studio class sizes are small so you will not be overwhelmed walking into a large room full of people. Your instructor will be ready and waiting to support you. She will give you a studio tour, demonstrate how the pilates reformer works and be there with demonstrations, assists and encouragement the entire time. You can totally do this.
Yes- Modern medical research has shown that keeping active during pregnancy can improve the health of both mum and baby.

Very- they are the perfect blend of keeping you accountable but flexible enough for when life gets busy. Our members can easily hit pause on their fortnightly memberships by contacting the studio. Our memberships are no-lock in and can be cancelled or paused anytime.
Let me ask you this- Would you like to increase your strength, flexibility and feel incredible at any life stage without stepping into a gym?
