Things to know about Strong in Summer

Sign-up

$10 for current members.
Clients new or returning to Move Pilates can join the 5-week program for just $199.

Program dates

Strong in Summer begins Monday 13th November and finishes Saturday 16th December. Your goal is to attend 10 classes.

Each week you will receive an email check-in from us with 3 nutritionist developed summer-inspired recipes so you can stay on track and nourish yourself no matter how busy life gets

10 class reward: Everyone who completes all 10 classes will receive a Move Pilates summer T-shirt (valued at $35) and entry to prize draw

Keep accountable

Keep yourself on track by ticking off your classes on your Strong in Summer individual class tracker. At the end of the program hand in your card to go into the shopping experience prize draw.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never tried Pilates before, can I join the program?

Yes! What an incredible introduction to your Pilates practice. If your schedule allows we’d recommend trying a beginner or stretch class first to familiarise yourself with our equipment and learn the basics. If the beginner class times don’t suit your schedule, that is absolutely ok, you will be supported and empowered in any class you attend.

I am a current member on a membership, can i purchase this pass?

Current members wanting to join, simply fill in this form and we will upgrade your membership subscription for the duration of the program

What is your return policy?

If at the end of your first week of classes you don’t think Reformer Pilates is for you, simply send us an email by Monday 20th November and we will give you a refund.

What happens if i miss a class?

We get it- life is busy! If you can’t make 2 classes one week, your unused class credit will roll over to the next week for you to catch up. Please note we have a 12 hour cancellation policy, class cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will result in your class credit being lost.

Can i attend more than 1 class a day?

Yes, you can attend a maximum of 2 classes in a day. We 10/10 recommend trying a stretch class after your group Reformer class.

Can my friend use my pass?

No, Strong in Summer can’t be: suspended, extended, refunded or transferred to another individual. If anyone other than the person booked in arrives to class, they will be asked to set up their own account and purchase their own classes
