The easiest way for you to book and manage your sessions is to download the MindBody app and follow the prompts to set-up an account for yourself. It’ll take about 5 minutes to do this; but after it’s set up, it only takes about 30 seconds to find your next class, book it in and pay for it – now that’s quick!

 

 

WHICH CLASS IS FOR ME?

If you are new to our Virtual Studio we would recommend trying a beginner class first. Here you will learn and master the basics with ease and confidence. You will have an instructor guiding you through the class the entire time, and a second instructor assisting with your technique and any questions you have along the way [just like you where in the studio with us].

After 2-3 weeks of beginner classes if you feel ready for the next challenge we would recommend trying an intermediate class. Still the same level of guidance and attention… just a little more sweaty.

HOW CLASS PER WEEK SHOULD I DO?

Exercise is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness goals and what you do outside the studio. We see the best results in members who attend 3 sessions per week.
