About the Challenge:
Our Pilates X Weights is the sixth challenge of our at-home challenge series. If you’ve been working through the challenges in order, we know you’re going to love this one!
What you will gain: Increased strength and tone throughout the whole body. This challenge is designed to get your entire body working with the option to add in weights to increase the challenge throughout the program (the addition of weights is always optional).
The Pilates X Weights challenge is suitable for people with pilates experience, if you are new to pilates I would highly recommend completing our Beginner challenge first and then coming back to the goodie.
