About the Challenge:
Move Pilates Studio’s ‘Healthy Heart’ 21 day challenge is focused on increasing strength and tone throughout the whole body, and aims to promote a healthy and strong heart. This at-home challenge is designed to work through elements of control with bursts of cardio intervals, to raise your heart rate and get you nice and sweaty!
This challenge is suitable for people with pilates experience and for those wanting to increase their heart rate through low impact interval training woven into the session.
Take the ‘1 Healthy Heart’ challenge at your own pace and don’t forget to your enjoy yourself!
