About the Challenge:
Our ‘Find Your Flow’ 21-day challenge aims to to leave you feeling; balanced, stretched and strong.
What you will gain in ‘Find Your Flow’: Increased mobility, balance and strength and decreased muscle tension and pain. This challenge is designed to compliment your everyday life with elements of balance, low-intensity strength work and a little extra stretch.
The Find Your Flow challenge is suitable for: People of all ages, if you are brand new to Pilates, we would recommend completing our Beginner 21-day challenge FIRST and then progress to this goodie.
