This program is designed to support you to continue moving throughout all stages of your pregnancy, and includes modifications to help you adjust to your changing body and growing tummy!  As mums ourselves we understand the challenges you can go through while growing a baby.  These workouts are designed to help you stay fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and may help to increase energy and relieve some of those nagging aches and pains.

Tip: We recommend that you always follow the advice of your medical practitioner.  It is also really important to listen to your body and do what feels right for you at the time of the workout.  Stay hydrated throughout your workouts, keeping a water bottle handy and taking breaks whenever you need.  Set your workout space up with a bit of airflow to ensure you don’t overheat.
