Postnatal

Our postnatal program is all about getting you back into movement after the baby has arrived. These workouts are designed to nurture your body and assist in your postnatal recovery.  Combining both strengthening exercises to aid in rebuilding muscle strength and tone with mobility and stretch based exercises to stretch out tight muscles that come with sitting and holding a baby for long periods.

Tip:  We highly recommend getting clearance from your doctor before starting any exercise postnatally.  Be kind to your body, giving yourself time to ease back into movement and not pushing yourself too far too soon. Take breaks whenever needed and do what feels comfortable for your body at the time.
