Culture is simply a shared way of doing something with a passion, and that’s what we’ve created here at Move.

I have 2 babies, a husband, 2 dogs and a macaw- he’s not by choice.
I have lived in Murray Bridge my whole life. I love the space around us and the river at our doorstep. I love Pilates and fixing teeth- 2 careers that are very different but both stem from a preventive focus on health, which is incredibly important to me. When I am not working you can catch me at home in my kitchen cooking or on the couch with a book.

Tayla Kempe

I’m Tayla, I come from a big family.
I am a pretty competitive person in sports and with my family, but I am also a really chilled out person at the same time. I am a very crafty person and before I became a Pilates Instructor I was busy with my own little side hobby/business making and decorating cakes. I also love to do watercolour as a way to chill out.

I was born and raised in Murray bridge and love being involved in my local and surrounding community. I spend my days working in administration and find my joy in the mornings and evenings teaching pilates.
I highly value authenticity in people and hope that shines through in my classes, along with energy, kindness and support.
My goal is to make movement achievable and enjoyable for everyone!

Alex’s story.

Alex is the heart and soul of the business.

A wife and mother to 2 babies, 2 dogs, and a macaw (not by choice on that one), Alex has lived in Murray Bridge her whole life, in love with life by the river.

Having always worked with a preventative focus on health, after completing mat work qualifications in 2016 and setting up move, Alex began working towards a clinical diploma in Pilates.

A true reflection of her genuine desire to improve her client’s self-esteem, Alex believes Pilates is for everyone, firm believing that it can provide physical and mental strength for every body and mind.

Sessions with ‘the taskmaster’ are a beautiful combination of strength and mobility. You can expect to finish a class feeling energised and challenged, and a little extra flexi.

Alex changed her approach to fitness after the birth of her son, with a desire to move in ways that she genuinely enjoys. Alex aims for consistency, strength, flexibility, and an improved ability to go about her day as a mother.

When she’s not working, you can catch her at home cooking up a storm, or on the couch with a nice book.
