Our studio is open 6 days a week, with over 35+ classes to choose from — making any time a good time to move.
Our classes cater to all ages and abilities, regardless of whether you’re a beginner, dealing with an injury, prenatal or postpartum — all are welcome and will be personally tailored for!
We understand it can be daunting joining a group class for the first time. We want you to know that you are not alone on this journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
During your introductory session, we’ll get to know you, your goals and introduce you to the world of Reformer Pilates.
Once we understand your goals, together we’ll create a plan to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be, and break it down into weekly actions.
Say goodbye to over-crowded gyms where you’re just another number. Every week, we personally check-in with you — asking what you’re enjoying, where you’re struggling and what you need from us to keep achieving your action plan.
We’re your biggest cheerleaders, but we know life doesn’t always go according to plan. If you need to modify your program in any way, we’re here to support you however we can.

Once you book a time, a member of our team will give you a call to chat with you about your goals and what’s motivating you to improve your health. Once we’re clear on your goals, together we’ll create an action plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Once you’ve selected your program, we’ll arrange a private appointment in our studio with you. Over 45 minutes we’ll dive further into your action plan, breaking it down into achievable weekly steps, and we’ll introduce you to the world of Reformer Pilates. You’ll walk away with a crystal clear vision, pre-booked classes and total confidence as you embark on your 10-week journey.
Outside of class you’ll be fully supported by our team. We’re here to manage your membership plan, answer your questions and be your biggest supporters.

We want you to be part of our Move community because you want to be here, not because you’re locked into a never-ending contract.
Our programs are 10-weeks long because real, enduring change happens one step at a time (not overnight). However, if after 14 days you decide Pilates is not for you, you can cancel your membership with 3 days notice. We’ll even walk away as friends (pinky swear!).

We prioritise physical and mental health by offering class types to suit different needs and encourage members to pick their challenge for the day based on how they’re feeling. Our biggest goal is to help you keep moving – even on your off days.
✅ Reformer pilates is safe and — dare we say — fun! Our instructors are always adapting our classes so you can move at an intensity of your choice, regardless of any injury or limitation. We can cater for all injuries and for women throughout all stages of pregnancy.
✅ We hear you! No one wants to feel uncomfortable while they’re working out. That’s why our classes are capped at 12 people, so it almost feels like a one-on-one service (but at a much cheaper price than a personal training session!) and we’re deeply committed to creating a positive, non-judgemental space where everyone is welcome.
