Have you heard about our Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes but never quite gotten around to booking?

Well you are in luck… Move Pilates Studio is having an Open Week!

Come and try a range of our mat based classes for FREE from Monday 12th of March- Saturday 17th March.

What Classes are ‘mat based’: 

Mat Pilates:

Matwork is for everyone and is a great starting point for those new to Pilates. Our instructors keep classes small so we can focus on everyone’s individual needs. During our sessions you’ll experience a mix of upper, mid and lower body exercises which are customised to your goal and physical limitations.

Barre:

Barre is en dearly known in our studio as the ‘sweaty ballerina’. This class incorporates cardio fitness, interval training and ballet- inspired moves. Best known for its leg workout, Barre is a popular class helping to strengthen muscles around your lower half. It helps in creating a stronger, toned body.

Yoga:

Beginners Vinyasa meets Yin Yoga is where you come to wind down and stretch. People in this class walk away feeling mentally and physically relaxed. These sessions are run at a relaxed pace with a welcoming environment, supportive of everyone. This is a perfect place for beginners, or those in need of a gentle and relaxing class.

*Please note reformer classes are not included in our open house week.

How to Book:

  1. Go to ‘book now’ Tab on the website
  2. Select a mat class between the 12th- 17th you would like to try
  3. Select Sign up and create an account
  4. At the pricing cart select ‘Move Pilates Open Week’ * This pricing option will be available from March 11th- 17th*
  5. Enjoy!
