This 21 day challenge is focussed on increasing strength and tone throughout the whole body plus a healthy and strong heart. Designed to work through elements of control with bursts of cardio intervals to raise your heart rate and get you nice and sweaty.

This challenge is suitable for people with pilates experience and for those wanting to increase their heart rate through low impact interval training woven into the session. 

Tip: Keep up the water intake through your workout, guaranteed a sweat up in these sessions.

This is a tough 21 day challenge to help you strengthen your whole body with a particular focus on your arms and abs (or soon to be abs). 

What you will gain:
a solid burn through the abs and shoulders is guaranteed – plus some great banter on screen from our team.

This challenge is suitable for people of all ages, if you’re new to pilates we recommend the Beginner challenge first, then come back here and give this bad boy a whirl. Good technique with these exercises is the most important thing to focus on.

Tip: you can always double up classes or pause the video if you wish to do more of each exercise.
