Studio Owner
Alex used pilates as a rehabilitation tool to overcome a shoulder injury sustained in her final year of uni. For the past 5 years pilates has been an essential part of Alex’s life seeing her through: a career in dentistry, maintaining an active pregnancy and now as a busy mum of (nearly) 3. She loves the way Reformer Pilates helps her to feel strong, empowered and pain free. Her passion is to help women, from all walks of life, to find strength and joy in movement.
Alex is currently on maternity leave- you can catch her back on the schedule September 2021.
