“Thankyou to the girls at move Pilates for helping me throughout my pregnancy with stretches and light fitness in prenatal sessions. Instructors always asked how we were feeling each week and took consideration in the certain areas of the body that were tight/painful etc”
“Move helps you achieve your goals in a fully supported environment. Instructors are tuned into your needs and always supply alternative movements for those injured. Instructors are friendly and happy and help you get that little extra spring in your step.”
“Light and bright studio and fantastic friendly staff who are always able to ensure exercises are performed correctly, or offer alternatives if you have injuries or difficulty, and a great variety of structure in each class. Always a good experience!”

Move is guided by our instructor from start to finish.
The instructors use their presence to not only guide the class and correct technique, but they also motivate and encourage you to work hard and challenge yourself.
At Move, we pride our self on our individualised attention. It’s best for you to book in for a Free Body Assessment (conversation-based, no workout) to chat about your injuries and work out a plan going forward.
No way- we can help you keep moving safely throughout your whole pregnancy!
If you are pregnant and new to pilates we would recommend checking with your midwife or doctor before starting to ensure there are no issues or complications to be aware of – but when you get the all clear, we are here for you.
Letting us know that you are pregnant is essential as soon as possible, as we need to know when modifying exercises (what positions are safe for both you and bubs). All of the exercises and classes can be adapted to be suitable and safe for both you and your baby throughout your whole pregnancy. If reformer pilates is new to you, particularly a beginner class would be a great place to start or even a 1-1 so that you can spend some time working with the instructor looking at what feels okay and discussing the do’s and don’ts.
Not jarring on joints and bones.
