Never done Pilates before?

Guess what that’s fine. Our friendly instructors are here to help guide and teach you the correct techniques. If you want; you can jump straight in with a Free Beginner Group Class (low impact workout) or book in for a Free Body Assessment (conversation-based, no workout).

What is in a Pilates workout?

A Pilates workout is on a Reformer Bed which is a bed-like frame that uses different weighted spring combinations to create resistance when moving the carriage back and forth.

We use a Reformer Bed to target those small muscle groups, which helps to form long, lean muscles. Using a wide range of movements – from sitting & lying on your back or side to balancing on your knees and using your feet. This is a fantastic low impact workout on your joints.

Reformer Pilates workout is ideal for:

• Strengthen major muscle groups
• Improve tone and assist in weight loss
• Build core strength
• Increase flexibility and range of motion
• Improve balance and stability
• Calm and focus the mind

After a class with us, you can expect to leave feeling stronger, more flexible and energised. You will know you have had a workout, but it is low impact meaning it is less taxing on your joints allowing for a quick recovery.
