Fortnightly Memberships
Terms and Conditions

  1. Your ongoing membership will be paid fortnightly in advance at the start of each fortnight.
  2. Your membership can start from your date of purchase or you can nominate a date for it to start.
  3. You can pay by your specified payment option, which can be either direct debit from a transaction account or a credit/debit card.
  4. You have control of how you choose to allocate your 2 weeks of classes depending on what your work/life/social schedule looks like. You can attend more classes in the first week and less in the second week (or vice versa) or you can attend the same number of classes each week. It’s completely up to you. At the end of each fortnight, any unused classes will not roll over to the next fortnight and will disappear from your account.
  5. Rescheduling or cancelling a class
    To cancel or reschedule any bookings 12 hours notice is required. Class bookings are to be managed via our Move Pilates Studio app. Download instructions here

    Should you need to cancel or not attend a scheduled class without providing 12 hours notice, this will result in forfeiting your class credit. This policy is in place out of courtesy to other clients who may have been waitlisted or wanting to book into your class.
  6. Class credits are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
  7. Your membership is for a no lock in contract term, which is automatically on-going until requested to cease.
  8. Failed Membership payments
    You will be contacted by a Move Pilates team member and have a one-day grace period. In the days following a failed payment, your account will incur a $5 fee (to cover 3rd party fees) for every day the payment fails to process. This fee will be processed as a debit on the clients MindBody account which will be processed with the Membership payment.

    On the third day of payment failing to process all pre-booked classes will be canceled and the membership will be placed on hold. The failed fortnight membership payment, (plus any failed payment fees) will be processed as a debit on your Mindbody account, to be balanced within 7 days or the account will be terminated.
  9. Membership Terminations + Pauses
    Three days notice is required if you want to terminate your membership. To terminate your membership, please fill out this form:

Class Packs

Class Packs are valid for:
4 pack- 4 weeks
8 pack- 6 weeks


The expiry period begins from the date of your first class booking. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable but can be extended if you are injured. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.


Class packs are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be given in line with South Australian Consumer Affairs regulations.

Class expiry dates can only be extended for medical reasons. To request an extension please book a time to talk to our admin team.
