We have a live video class with 2 instructors per class, 1 instructing, 1 with eyes on you to give personal feedback and support.

There is an instructor watching YOU, helping you through your workout.

A phone or tablet or computer is all you need. We send you a link prior to class for you to join.

If you can’t make it to any of our 5 x classes scheduled a day. Don’t fret, we keep the link in our Virtual Community [Facebook Group] so you can access it later.⁠

Hey, it’s your home. If it’s not an issue for you then it’s defiantly not an issue for us plus our instructors love watching pets join the session.

All of our classes are different but have similar principles being they are a full body workout.

Deciding which class is for you is dependent on your goals.

Flexibility: Mat Pilates,Reformer Pilates + Yoga,

Relaxation: Yoga

Exercise is such a personal thing. How often you train will depend on your fitness goals and what you do outside the studio. We recommend starting with 2-3 sessions a week and seeing how your body adapts from there.

We can support you throughout your pregnancy, at any stage. Pre- and post-natal mums are welcome to attend beginner classes on the schedule as we provide a safe environment with modifications as required.

We recommend our post-natal mums wait until their 6-week check up with their doctor before resuming exercise. We will be here ready to support you when you are ready to get back into it!

We understand that life can throw curveballs sometimes and you can’t always make your scheduled class.

At Move, we require 12 hours notice of cancellation. If you do this, you can keep your class credit.

Any cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice means that you forfeit that class. It is your responsibility to cancel or let us know before the 12-hour cut off.

The reason for this is out of consideration of our other clients waiting for class spots and also for the instructors who are attending the studio to teach that class.

You can manage your cancellations via the MINDBODY app or the Move website.

We totally get that life can sometimes get in the way, but we need to bring strict and fair to everyone.

We do not offer refunds of any kind for class purchases.
