We have created a Reformer Pilates program that will support you to achieve all of this and more! Beginning October 10th, our 10 week kick-start program includes trainer-led Reformer Pilates classes accessible for all levels of fitness and experience.
Amanda came to the realisation that her health and fitness had no longer become a priority since having her kids resulting in shoulder pain, weight gain and low motivation.
She decided something had to change, making the commitment to 3 reformer pilates classes per week as part of our 6 Week Reformer Intro Program
Since completing the 6 week program she’s not only noticed less pain and a leaner physique, she’s become stronger, happier and is sleeping better which has given her the energy she needed to make the most of the time she spends with her kids.
