Reformer Pilates is beneficial for every body, shape and fitness level. Whether you’re looking to age with grace, eliminate niggling aches and pains, or take better care of your body and mind.
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels – whether you have mobility restrictions or are looking to work up a sweat and challenge yourself.
All classes can be moulded to suit your health goals, ability and energy levels on any given day.
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: The fundamentals of pilates (aka the simple but effective stuff). This whole-body workout is a great place to begin your pilates journey. These classes are kept small and intimate, with 12 people max so you’ll always receive the attention and support you need.
Ideal if you are: New to Pilates, haven’t practised in a while, nursing an ache or pain, prenatal or postpartum. These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to move in a supportive, calm environment.
What to bring: Please bring grippy socks (available for purchase at the studio), your towel and a water bottle.
Duration: 45 minutes
Focus: A whole-body workout where you can bend, balance and strengthen your body at your own pace. You’ll walk out feeling stronger, more mobile, motivated and energised. These classes are kept small and intimate, with 12 people max so you’ll always receive the attention and support you need.
Ideal if you’re: Wanting to move your body and explore movement in an environment that will support your growth and challenge you.

Focus: A slower-paced, stretch and release session to increase the flexibility of your whole body. Break up your schedule or wind down after a long day with a fully guided stretch session.
Ideal if you are: EVERYbody is welcome – Come and get stretchy with us!

Focus: On-demand, online mat-based pilates classes. Experience the benefits and vibe of an in-person class from the comfort of your home. Once purchased you can work out anytime you like, as many times as you like.
