You don’t need to be ‘fit’ or ‘flexible’ to start moving with us. Reformer Pilates is beneficial for every body, shape and fitness level.

No matter if you join a beginner or open class all exercises can be moulded and adapted to suit your; ability, energy and desired health goals.

Pilates Classes for all levels
Feature 1
Beginner Reformer Pilates

Duration: 45 minutes

What to expect: This whole body workout is a great place to begin your pilates journey. 

We focus on the fundamentals of Pilates (the simple but effective stuff) in a way that will leave your body and mind wanting more. 
You can enjoy the time and space to break movement down and build it up in this super-supportive and empowering class fully guided by our expert instructors. 

All of the movements are taught in layered sequences giving you time to master each element and choose the level of challenge you want in that class.This class is kept small and intimate, with 10-people max so you’ll always receive the attention and support you need. 
 
Learn to move your whole body with ease while feeling strongsupportedempowered and challenged.

Ideal if you are: new to pilates, nursing an ache or pain, pre/post-natal, a little nervous, or basically- anyone who wants to move in a supportive environment! 

Hygiene policy: please wear a single use medical face mask,  grippy socks (available for purchase), bring a towel, + water bottle.

Feature 2
Group Reformer Pilates

Duration: 45 minutes

What to expect: A whole body workout where you can explore movement and develop your Reformer Pilates practice at your own pace. The session is 45 minutes of guided movement led by our expert instructors. Our instructors will provide layered, sequential challenges that will bend, balance and strengthen your body with options to explore the movement and challenges at your own pace. These classes are kept small and intimate, with 10-people max so you’ll always receive the attention and support you need. 

You will leave this class feeling uplifted, challenged, empowered and like you have worked hard in the BEST possible way.

Ideal if you are: wanting to move your body, looking to explore movement, wanting to feel supported to grow and be challenged. 
*Please note* if you are new to reformer you are always welcome to attend these sessions, however we do recommend trying a beginner class first so you can familiarise yourself with the machine.

Stretch & Recharge Pilates

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: A dedicated slower paced, stretch and release session to increase flexibility of the whole body. 

 A fully guided class led by our expert team of instructors with a specific focus on improving your flexibility, mobility, recovery and relaxation, this class will have you feeling refreshed. This class is perfect to break up your more intense class schedule, or to wind down after a long day{week}. Sitting at a desk all day or just needing a lovely stretch? Let’s add a little feel-good movement to your day!

Ideal if you are: ANYONE. EVERYbody is welcome – Come + get stretchy with us. *Please note* if you are brand new to reformer you are always welcome to attend these sessions, however we do recommend trying a beginner class first so you can familiarise yourself with the machine.

Strength Classes | Move Pilates Studio
Small Group Pilates

Duration: 45 minutes

Focus: Injury management through pilates

A semi-private equipment class with a goals centred approach. After a private initial consult each client will have a personalised program developed to address their specific needs and goals. Programs are regularly reviewed and progressed in 4 week blocks to assist clients developing their strength and reaching their goals.

Ideal if you are: injured with a rehab goal in mind | looking for more individualised support

Move Pilates Classes | Join the Community
Online Pilates

Duration: 20-25 minutes

Focus: On demand, online mat-based pilates classes. Experience the benefits and vibe of a real-time class from the comfort of your home, at anytime. Move from home is designed to be as flexible as you want it to be. Our online studio consists of 21 day pilates based challenges. Once downloaded you can workout anytime you like, as many times as you like- the challenge is yours to keep.
