The Main Purpose of Move Pilates

The main purpose of Move Pilates is to help you become the best version of you, physically and mentally – by getting better core strength, flexibility, tone, and achieve your ideal body weight in a supportive and encouraging environment – and to feel good about making yourself a priority.

 Move Pilates was created after it became clear to us that…

  • Too many people suffer from back and hip problems, shoulder issues, knee pain, neck pain and migraines unnecessarily
  • Most people put themselves towards the bottom of their priority list – which leaves them exhausted and lethargic both mentally and physically
  • Too many people are not comfortable in their own skin and feel guilty about spending time doing something good for themselves

Where we’re at with reopening

Although we aren’t ready to fully open back up, we’re looking to do a soft open next week

So I’m offering 50 people access for a huge saving off the eventual price.

Here’s the tradeoff:

….and in exchange for this, you’ll get savings on the final price of memberships. Oh, and you’ll stay on that price for life (note: this is not transferable under any circumstances).

What We Cover in a Reformer Membership

As you’d probably be aware, we offer every member a complimentary Body Assessment (valued at $80) every 90 days with our health professionals, to make sure we’re helping you achieve your goals in the best way possible and keep you on the right pathway. For newbies, there is also one at the 28-day mark – to make sure we hit your movement sweet spot and achieve your desired results faster.

  • How to get fit and health in a sustainable way
  • How to be motivated to continue making progress
  • How to be strong, pain-free, and have a healthy weight body
  • How to make yourself a priority without anyone you care about missing out
  • How to be the best version of you
  • How to regain the confidence to wear the clothing you love
  • How to feel good about yourself and be a better person for the people you love
  • How to be at your best without the injuries
  • How to calm your mind and body when it matters most
  • How to be comfortable in your own skin
  • How to strengthen muscles to offload and protect your joints to keep you moving smoothly

  • How to sort out your back problems, shoulder issues, knee pain, neck pain and migraines

The final version of the Reformer Pilates memberships will cost $38 for one class, $50 for two, or $60 for three.

How to gain access to a discounted membership

Sometime Monday after 9 AM, I’ll be sending you a thorough overview of the memberships and timetables.

Registration invitations will first go to everyone who’s emailed me to express interest. So, if you’ve emailed me regarding memberships, you’ll hear from me personally between 9am to the close of business on Monday.

Offers will be sent on a first-come, first-served fashion (i.e. , if you were the first person to email me and express interest, then you’ll be first to be offered a spot).

Since early access members receive (1) lifetime discount and (b) we have limited spots in each class, I’ve decided to restrict the number of discounted re-opening memberships to just 50.

    I moved from QLD in January and took a little while to find a Pilates place that provided everything I wanted from a Pilates studio – thank you Move Pilates! I was just settling into my renewed routine and who would have thought a Pandemic would disrupt my plan to get back into Pilates! Am definitely looking forward to getting back Into it!

    I am excited that Move Pilates is re opening……I certainly have missed classes and my body and mind tells me this…..looking forward to strengthening, toning and regaining flexibility…..and having my back and hips back to where I didn’t need treatment as much….actually near never! Loooove Move Pilates, so thankful it’s accessible here in Murray Bridge and doing wonders for all who attend!!
